Placing an Order

Shopping at The Official G&G Promotional Merchandise Store is quick and easy. Orders can be placed by selecting the item(s) you like, adding your quantity into the “QTY” box, and clicking the “Add to Cart” button.

Shipping Timeline

All orders will be processed and shipped within 24-48 business hours of order receipt.

Please be advised that selecting USPS Priority Mail 2-Day is not the same as selecting expedited shipping options such as UPS 2nd Day Air or Standard Overnight services.  USPS Priority Mail 2-Day is not a guaranteed shipping service that will guarantee your order to arrive at your designated destination within 2-days of placing your order.  If your order is event driven we recommend selecting a guaranteed shipping couriers service such as FedEx Standard Overnight or UPS 2nd Day Air in order to make sure your order arrives in time.

How do I expedite my order?

To expedite your order so that it will arrive by a specific date, please call our Customer Response Team at 866-465-8437 or email us at support@ggpromos.zendesk.com.

Please DO NOT request your order to be expedited within the Comments section of Ariba.

Returns

We want you to be happy with your purchase. You may return or exchange merchandise for a full refund, less shipping charges (unless merchandise is defective), within 30 days of purchase. 

Exchanges

To exchange an item, please return the item that you would like to exchange and include a check for $5.99 made out to SureShip to cover the cost of the reshipment and handling of the item(s). Subsequently, we will reship your exchange order.
