Placing an Order
Shopping at the BB&T Store is quick and easy. Orders can be placed by selecting the item(s) you like, adding your quantity into the “QTY” box, and clicking the “Add to Cart” button.
All orders will be processed and shipped within 24-48 business hours of order receipt.
Please be advised that selecting USPS Priority Mail 2-Day is not the same as selecting expedited shipping options such as UPS 2nd Day Air or Standard Overnight services. USPS Priority Mail 2-Day is not a guaranteed shipping service that will guarantee your order to arrive at your designated destination within 2-days of placing your order. If your order is event driven we recommend selecting a guaranteed shipping couriers service such as FedEx Standard Overnight or UPS 2nd Day Air in order to make sure your order arrives in time.

To exchange an item, please return the item that you would like to exchange and include a check for $5.99 made out to SureShip to cover the cost of the reshipment and handling of the item(s). Subsequently, we will reship your exchange order.
