  • How do I expedite my order?keyboard_arrow_down

    To expedite your order so that it will arrive by a specific date, please call our Customer Response Team at 866-465-8437 or email us at support@ggpromos.zendesk.com.

    Please DO NOT request your order to be expedited within the Comments section of Ariba.

  • How do I locate my Purchase Order (PO) number if I only have my Requisition (PR) number?keyboard_arrow_down
    A Purchase Order number is generated after your order has been approved by management. If you have not received your Purchase Order number, please contact your manager so that your order can be approved within Ariba.
  • Can my order be canceled?keyboard_arrow_down
    Due to our fast shipping process, it is not possible to change or cancel your order once it has been placed. You will need to return the original package to obtain a refund and/or place a new order. Please see our return/exchange policy on the Customer Service page for additional information.
  • Where's my order?keyboard_arrow_down

  • My package arrived damaged or is missing product. What should I do?keyboard_arrow_down
    If there are any issues with your order once delivered, please contact Customer Service at support@ggpromos.zendesk.com or call 866-465-8437.
  • How do I return my order?keyboard_arrow_down
    We want you to be happy with your purchase. You may return or exchange merchandise for a full refund, less shipping charges (unless merchandise is defective), within 30 days of purchase. To request return/exchange, please download the form (here), call 866-465-8437 or email returns@bbtstore.zendesk.com.  Be sure to reference "return" or "exchange" in the subject line.  For more information, please see the Customer Service Tab.   • How long does it take to get a refund?keyboard_arrow_down
    Your refund will be processed and automatically applied to your credit card or Ariba PO within 5 business days. Please note that depending on your credit card company it may take an additional 2-10 business days after your credit is applied for it to post to your account.
  • I am having problems with the Ariba network.keyboard_arrow_down
    If you have any issues with the Ariba Network and need assistance, please email support@ggpromos.zendesk.com for support.
  • How is sales tax calculated?keyboard_arrow_down
    All appropriate sales tax information will be displayed during checkout. You will be charged sales tax based on the region and state of your delivery address.
  • How is UPS shipping cost calculated?keyboard_arrow_down
    Shipping via any UPS service is calculated based on your delivery zip code, total weight of all items and the dimensions of the package. Shipping costs are automatically calculated in the shopping cart and displayed for you before order submission.
  • Can another parcel carrier be used?keyboard_arrow_down
    As outlined in the BB&T Transportation Guidelines, shipping an order from the G&G Promotional Merchandise Store via UPS Ground is the preferred method. Expedited shipping via UPS is available but strongly discouraged. Shipping via UPS is the only option offered on the G&G Promotional Merchandise Store.
  • My home page for the catalog looks strange/is enlarged/I have tabs that are missing. How do I proceed?keyboard_arrow_down

    Turning the compatibility view on the browser off will fix these problems. See below for instructions.

    Shutting off Compatibility View:

    Go to Tools/Compatibility View settings

    Tools Screen

    Uncheck the below box, then click on Close

    Tool Screen To Click

    Try to access the catalog again and the issue with the exploded screen should be resolved.

  • When I try to add items to the cart, the cart does not populate. How do I proceed?keyboard_arrow_down

    Turning the compatibility view on the browser off will fix these problems. See below for instructions.

    Shutting off Compatibility View:

    Go to Tools/Compatibility View settings

    Tools section to view cart

    Uncheck the below box, then click on Close

    Try to access the catalog again and the issue with the exploded screen should be resolved

    Click check box - then close
